[1] Headshop is here for you and you alone. We are not here to sell your email addresses, names, locations, or any information about you that you should choose to disclose to us during you stay here. WE WILL NEVER SHARE THIS FOR ANY REASON PERIOD END OF STORY.

[2] We strive to bring you the very best in information from news to the latest products. We are however NOT a store and thus NOT able to monitor every article and every product all of the time. We will do everything in our power to ensure the integrity of anything posted on our site but realize that from time to time a product’s manufacturer or article source may turn out to be of weaker character that we would like. When it is brought to our attention we will make every reasonable attempt to remedy the situation and apologize here, in advance, for these occurrences.

[3] We respect everyone’s right to be here; no exceptions. As a participant in this community you will ABSOLUTELY run into individuals that you disagree with. We strongly encourage charged discussions on the site about topics that are posted. WE HOWEVER WILL NOT TOLERATE comments meant to specifically insult another member’s race, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, or any other personally held beliefs. This is a forum for discussion NOT hate or intolerance. Headshop will exercise its right to ban users should they be unable to abide by this simple rule.

[6] Items listed in the mall are NOT being sold by, or specifically endorsed by, Headshop.com or anyone who works here. These are simply products we have seen around town that we think you might like. These could also be products suggested by community members. All products are bought and sold by vendors OFF of Headshop.com. Their websites are NOT ours. To this end, we have zero control over their shipping times, prices, returns, or even contact information. If however a product’s website has treated you poorly, WE WANT TO KNOW. It is very important to us that the community be served properly. We will contact a vendor if needed to assist in making a better system. If this is impossible, we will simply remove them from the site.

For contact information regarding a purchase you have made on a website you found here, you must consult either your confirmation email from the purchase or that site specifically.
