Shipping Returns



We love that you chose to order with us! As a reward, will give FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 that ship within the continental United States. Smaller items, and international orders, ship via USPS with either First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on your location and the shipping costs involved (our shipping department will make this call on an individual order basis.). Large orders, and most vaporizers, ship standard FedEx Home Delivery (or FedEx Ground for non-residential addresses), unless you choose to upgrade your shipping method during checkout. Most orders shipping to Canada will be sent via UPS.

All shipping costs are calculated in real-time on the website during checkout. If you need/want to make a change to this, please contact our Customer Service Department at any time to discuss. cares what happens to your package. Because of this, we purchase, on our dime, delivery confirmation on all First Class Mail shipments sent via USPS. Most vaporizers and larger items sent with FedEx will already have this information and can adequately track this with no specialty needs. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address used to make the order as soon as our warehouse has packed your shipment up.

A signature is required for orders $200 and greater. An adult signature requirement is available upon request.

**Note that if your tracking information states “Not Found,” please allow until 7:00pm EST for it to update on the tracking website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Tracking information will update on the website once the package is picked up by the courier.


Due to circumstances beyond our control, there are a few things that need special consideration when shipping:

  • FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Not our rule, but we have to abide.
  • Butane must be shipped with FedEx Ground. Butane cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box address or shipped via Air/Express methods.


It is no one’s business what you order online. All orders will be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There will be no indication of the contents on the outer packaging; no logo, no product indications. The return label on your package will state “Shipping Department”, along with our address.

Please note that while FedEx does not automatically deliver on the weekend, a Saturday Delivery option may be available for your location, upon request, for an additional charge of $17. If you have any questions, please contact us for assistance in placing your order.’s warehouses operate from Monday through Friday. To ensure that your order arrives on Saturday, you must place your order before 2:30 pm EST on Friday and choose FedEx Overnight Shipping with Saturday Delivery (1:00pm for orders shipping to Canada). Please be aware that FedEx 2Day Shipping does not deliver on Saturday.
**Please note that if an order is placed after our shipping cutoff time of 2:30 pm EST on Thursday, your package will ship out on Friday (1:00pm for orders shipping to Canada).


We provide shipping options through USPS and FedEx for all international customers. We want nothing more than for you to have your package though so trust that we will make sure your order lands safely at your location.

Customs are a thing and are not our thing. International transit times are estimated and could experience delays because of customs processing at the final location.

Taxes and customs fees are also very real and not the responsibility of International customers need to pay Customs and Duty Fees. will not pay for these fees and will not pay any Duty charges. Know what these are ahead of time to avoid unwelcome fees when attempting to pick up your merchandise.

Import fees and taxes are not included in your order total. You must check with your country’s Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to making your purchase.

All prices and transactions are in USD. You may be assessed currency conversion or other fees associated with this transaction by your bank or credit card issuer if your card’s currency is other than USD.

In the event we ship a package from the USA to Canada, sales tax will be automatically included in your order total. These taxes will be pre-paid on shipments to Canada; the buyer is responsible for duties and fees.

If you do have to return something, here is what you need to know…


All items purchased from must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange. There are no exceptions:

  • Item(s) must be in original, brand-new condition.
  • Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Any glass damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Return must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be acquired by calling us at 888-693-3844 or emailing us at [email protected] No returns or exchanges will be permitted without an RMA. This number must be written on all sides of the return packaging to ensure it is properly seen.
  • Return shipping is not included in the purchase agreement and is covered by the customer. Understand this also does not include any repayment for faster shipping ordered on the initial order. strongly encourages return shipments to be tracked and insured. Lost or damaged returns will not be credited unless it can be tracked and is insured.
  • strongly recommends purchasing insurance on your return package. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, cannot accept receipt of the return and no refund will be given.
  • Customer agrees to a 20-50% processing fee for items that have been opened, tampered with, or have broken factory seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 50%. This includes charging cables, covers, storage, parts and/or accessories.
  •, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange and/or may require more information to ultimately allow a return or exchange.
  • All refunds will be issued within two (2) business weeks of the date of receipt to our warehouse.
    Providing that all of the above conditions are in verifiable order, this would be a full refund or the exchanged merchandise sent out.


Products are not eligible for return or exchange after thirty (30) days.


International returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction so we will do everything in our power to facilitate a smooth return or exchange. Due to circumstances outside of our immediate control, such as larger shipping costs, customs fees, and the like, we may not always be able to accommodate.
