I purchased a black glass piece for my Peak. When it arrived, I found that the bottom chamber was filling with water somehow. After close inspection, I found a hairline crack in the glass that you could only see with water in it. I'd never done a return/replace with Headshop.com before. They were freakin' amazing. I reported the issue, took some vids and pics for them, and they had Pulsar ship me a new piece. It only took about a week. So nice to raise an issue with a company and be handled so competently.
