When using, the incense just falls off to the side because of the craters

Hi Zoe, thank you for this feedback. For this product, in stick style, there really isn't that much to help keep the ash on the incense burner. Some incense burners have an outer rim or something similar to help keep the ash on the unit, but this one doesn't. Hope this helps! :)
